Q: My controller indicates that it's connected and supposed to share power through paralleling, but it's not doing that. What might be the issue?
A: If your controller shows that it's set to share power (paralleling stage 5) and the I/O port shows it's active (Status bit enabled), you should compare the voltage from your battery with the voltage at the I/O port. If these two voltages don't match, it's quite likely that there's a problem with the I/O port, possibly it has malfunctioned and isn't letting power through as it should. If that's the case, you'll need to replace the unit.
