The Picogrid device sends out information either every 10 seconds or every 5 minutes, based on how it's set up. If it can't communicate for some reason, it's able to keep hold of up to 250 sets of data it was supposed to send out. When it's able to communicate again, it sends all this stored information up to the cloud.
